El día Viernes, envié el ticket para que me realizarán una factura, el día de ayer escribí para saber el estatus de esta, y me respondieron que en breve me la harían llegar, hoy domingo me vuelvo a comunicar al WhatsApp, ya que aún no la he recibido, y se excusan que la persona que las realiza se ausento. Creo que como restaurante o marca deben de ser responsables con este tema, ya que es su responsabilidad hacerla llegar. Cómo comensal es un mal sabor de boca el que me llevo, ya que hubo otras situaciones cuando estuve ahí, y las dejé pasar, y la cereza del pastel fue que no te dan solución a la factura...

Muy malo, la comida ya no es la de antes, hablo de hace unos 3 años, el servicio muy nefasto también, no eran ni las 10PM y ya nos querian correr, cuando antes te dejaban hasta la hora que quisieras, las hamburguesas "Grandes" parecen del combo de niños literalmente. Espero que puedan solucionar eso.
